You’re in control of the wines that are to be delivered. Choosing your wines and making changes to your selections is easy. We also give you a heads up about when your case will be shipped so you have plenty of time to make your selections. There is nothing worse than opening up a new wine delivery only to discover you’ve been shipped your least favourite wines (we get it).
The Rosby Wine Club’s minimum membership period is 12 months and includes two shipments of wine, delivered every 6 months.
This is easily done online. You will receive an email with instructions. It is important that you have 12 wines or more in your cart to enable the order to process.
Your first Rosby Wine Club shipment will be processed 2 days after signing up, with your wines delivered shortly after. Going forward, your next case of wine will be delivered every 6 months, with plenty of opportunities to adjust your wine selection or delivery date. We’ll notify you with delivery details as soon as each order is processed.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your Wine Club subscription at any time by logging into your account here. However, if you cancel before the first 12 months of membership, the Free Case offer will be void. For any issues, email us at club@rosby.com.au or call Gerry at 0419 429 918 for assistance.
Upon subscribing you’ll enter your credit card details, and payment will be automatically deducted the day of your Wine Club delivery being processed and packed.
You’ll receive a Club Member Shipment email 2 weeks and again 2 days before each order, giving you time to review your wine selection before your card is charged. You can skip a shipment anytime online or by contacting us at club@rosby.com.au
Yes very easily! To modify or skip your Wine Club shipment can be done online at any time. Just login to your account here and press skip or get in touch via club@rosby.com.au or 0419 429 918 and we can easily arrange alternate delivery details.
